At Cocoon Made, we strive to provide our customers with an experience that is delicious and high quality. Life happens, though, and we get that sometimes plans need to change.
Cancellation Policy
Got a change of plans? No worries! You can cancel individual orders up to 48 hours before delivery day and we’ll issue you a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled delivery time may be subject to a cancellation fee. Gotta show some love to the ingredients, you know?
Quality Assurance
Should you find any dissatisfaction with the quality of our meals or services, please reach out to us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We’ll chat it out and see if we can sprinkle some extra magic into your experience. Maybe toss in a bonus treat or work out a partial refund? We’re all about keeping this season of life as stress free as possible.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at hello@cocoonmade.com with your order details a the reason for your request. We'll do our best to get back to you as soon as possible. Refunds are contingent upon our discretion and will be processed using the original payment method.
