Hi, I’m Jenna Ryan, a chef and mom of three helping women rebuild their strength, energy, and joy after birth through real food and simple nourishment. I blend chef-level expertise with traditional nutrition practices to create food that is both deeply nourishing and actually doable.

Before motherhood, I cooked in Michelin-starred kitchens in the San Francisco Bay Area and apprenticed with some of the top experts in nutrient-dense traditional diets. After becoming a mom and experiencing wildly joyous yet deeply depleting reality that is postpartum, I learned that food could be more than flavor. It could be medicine.
