  • Hearty Chicken Tortilla Soup

     

    A deeply warming bowl full of mexican flavor that has been my go-to meal for new mamams for years. Pastured chicken, soaked black beans and a host of hearty vegetables are slow simmered in a bold and zesty (but not spicy) chicken bone broth. Serve with your favorite tortilla chips and a side of avocado.

    Indian Sweet Potato & Beef Stew with Quinoa

     

    A deeply warming bowl of slow cooked pastured beef, sweet potatoes, prouted quinoa (for easier digestion!) Bold Indian spices ease inflammation and warm the belly. Topped with a velvety cashew coconut cream.

    Shiitake Chicken Congee

     

    Congee is the ultimate healing food according to Traditional Chinese Medicine. Ours is a mild dish made from white rice that's cooked long and slow in bone broth so it easily digestable. Topped with shiitake mushrooms, slow cooked pastured chicken, and garnished with green onion.

    White Bean and Sausage "Cassoulet"

     

    This simplified version of the classic French dish is a hearty slow-cooked stew of beans and pastured pork sausage. Protein-packed and full of rich flavor; it will stick to your ribs in the best way.

    Cinnamon Squash Dahl with Coconut Cashew Cream

     

    A rich and warming bowl of slow cooked red lentils, sweet winter squash and lots of bold Indian flavor. Topped with a velvety cashew coconut cream. Lentils can be boring; we promise this dish will change your mind.

    A super creamy, lemony, chicken and rice stew thickened with pastured egg, our take on this healing Greek dish is zingy, warming and addicting.
